CCB London held a reception for celebrating CCBL's 5th Anniversary & 40 trillion RMB Clearing milestone, around 100 guests from both the UK and China attended the event at 111 OBS.

The Chinese Ambassador to the UK, Liu Xiaoming, extended his congratulations to CCB on its major milestone. Mr. Tian Guoli, the Chairman of China Construction Bank attended the event. Other dignitaries in attendance were: Sir Douglas Flint, the Special Envoy to the Belt and Road Initiative of the British Treasury and Chairman at Standard Life Aberdeen Plc, and Sir Charles Bowman, 690th Lord Mayor of the City of London.

To mark the occasion, the London Youth Choir and the newly formed CCBL Choir sang together at the event  'It’s a Wonderful World,' exchanging some English verses for Chinese.
