On the 14^th February 2020, On behalf of the city of London, Lord Mayor Alderman William Russell has sent a letter to CEO of CCB Mr. Guoli Tian and CC CEO of CCBL Mr. Aimin Yang. In the letter, he extended his warmest thoughts and best wishes to those affected by the outbreak and stressed that the city of London was always available for any assistance it could provide. "Our thoughts are very much with the Chinese people across the nation. We recognise that the fast speed of the virus is a cause for worry, but that in moments such as these, true international collaboration can overcome even the most overwhelming challenges."
